From the Principal’s Desk

WOW!!!!  Where has the time gone?  It feels like we just started the school year and here it is the end already. Many memorable moments have occurred since that first day in August.  Let’s take a short walk down memory lane and look at some of the highlights from the 2015-2016 school year.

  • Adair-Casey Schools added several new faces to the student body and they have been a welcome addition
  • Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Golf and Track athletes all had very good seasons. Congratulations to everyone that made All-Conference and All-State teams, we are all very proud of you.
  • Christian Huddleson and Emma Ferguson were crowned Homecoming King and Queen at the 2015 Homecoming festivities.
  • Winter Concerts were full of entertainment in December.
  • Elementary students worked very hard with their reading and many made huge improvements throughout the year
  • Iowa Assessments were given at the end of January with VERY GOOD results.  Way to go EVERYONE!!!!
  • Speech students represented Adair-Casey at the district and state levels. Shelby Soper was awarded All-State honors.  You make us very proud of your hard work and determination.
  • The Variety Show was a big hit in the month of March
  • FFA is as strong as always, they are working hard in all areas.  The students were honored at the annual FFA banquet held in March.
